Fat-soluble functional ingredients can look compelling on paper and still fail in the real world. Poor water solubility, limited absorption and instability through production prevent much of their potential from reaching the final product.
zolvia. first used curcumin to prove a different approach: engineer the formulation around the barriers, validate each layer and design for the intended food or drink. That work is now expanding into a broader platform and ingredient portfolio.
